Is this a good buy? Thoughts!? I know 3rd gen threadripper coming out real soon...Plus Ryzen 9 retails for $500 but it’s sold out everywhere (that I know of), is this a good alternative to it!?

Not sure if this has been answered on here or not but I just built my first build pretty much all Corsair products but I’m having trouble with the Vengeance RGB Pro ram, it doesn’t change colors on icue it just stays static red on it! If anyone has a solution do tell!
