House won't sell- what am I doing wrong?

To be perfectly honest, the photos of the garden look terrible. Overgrown and you have no idea of the size or layout. The old garden shed and overgrown lawn with patio furniture does nothing for it.

Thank you, I agree restaging is probably a good idea. A few of your ideas like putting a bed in the second room have crossed my mind. Some good points, hadn't thought of the paint at all.

That's the only criticism I would make. A small bed would make it attractive to prospective families. Otherwise I think you've staged it very well and I wouldn't alter it now.
