(25M) I've been ill for 8 years and no one can help me. Lots of symptoms.
The “mold diet” is the only thing that stops my weird digestion and stomach bloating. What I don’t understand is how long do I have to be on it?? The diet is so limiting it kind of drives me insane. As soon as I go off the diet I have intestine bloat :/
Updated my prisms I am more dizzy now than I am without them. Currently wearing my regular contacts with no prism and feeling normal again. Not sure what to make of it, I have BVD but I feel better without prism.
