What is going on with my girlfriend

I’ve had pre melanoma before, had some stuff removed. But, this is new for me under the nail. I have an appointment tomorrow, has anyone had something similar? What can I expect?

Dry socket? I’m 23 y/o and it’s day 6 of post surgery. My left lower side has been healing the worst, I’m bruised up and it’s the area that bleed the most. Went back to my surgeon on Monday, and he assured me it wasn’t infected. I wake up today and I see this. Is this the start of a dry socket?
