IMO, the BGM of Ponniyin selvan is a mismatch and a huge marginal escape by the composer ARR! Never know who took the final call though! Directional team or Composer's team? This is like watching CCV (Chekka chivantha vaanam) which got same mood which is not actual Maniratnam's.
