So I’m assuming I’m allergic to cats or dust mites. So I wear a mask most of the time it helps. But just bought Nasonex and xyzal. Did the nasonex first it helped out right away not perfect. Then took the xyzal got a little drowsy. So my question is when is a good time to take allergy medicine? Also how long does it usually take to take down symptoms?
