Should i have a 3rd kid?

I am 32 years old and i have two daughters 12 and 6. I am at an exceptional point of my career earning really well. So is my husband. I thought i was done after my second but lately i have been having this intense baby fever. I want to have another kid and my husband is also on board. I am just having jitters thinking what will happen of my career (we are only given 9 weeks maternity leave) Plus the thought of breastfeeding, diapers and the overall responsibility is giving me the jitters. Please pour in your thoughts and especially women who shared similar experiences but went on with having their 3rd.
