Post-Vacation Struggle
I just got home from a long stretch of travel and vacation: family events, beach, sightseeing, the whole nine yards. It was way too difficult to track while traveling, so I tried to just focus on managing my portions and incorporating zero point foods when possible.
Still, I got home, and weighed in again, and I've gone back up 2.5 lbs! Ugh. I had been able to get down 5, and I know I'm just starting out, but I'm so frustrated to feel like I haven't made much progress at all! Any experience or tips on how to get back into your routine after a big trip/setback?
