Looking for calorie dense, protein-rich meals to gain 25lbs.

I am a bit new here. Currently 104.4lbs, 5’2, 23 y/o, and having some trouble gaining weight. I am a female. I have always been very petite, but have wanted to gain weight for years. My goal is 125 with thicker legs and more weight on my arms. I was 96-98lbs a lot of my life, and have gained around 5-10lbs over the last year somehow, but I want it to be more noticeable.

I would like some meal ideas to achieve this. My maintenance calories are around 1900 per day, so I am trying to start eating around 3000 per day. This will allow me to slowly gain weight at first, from what I’m hearing. What foods are high in protein and calories? I heard peanut butter was a good start but that’s all I know.

I also have a gym membership that I just got, and would like to use it to my advantage. Workout ideas to achieve my goal would also help :) Thanks!
