Can't access to screen settings.
Recently I got a Wacom Cintiq 16, everything works fine, except for an issue, already solved with the HDMI cable.
The issue here is that the screen is too bright and it can hurt my eyes, I've been trying to adjust the screen settings but everytime I try, it won't allow me to get in, while a message saying "Cannot find a compatible screen device. Connect a compatible device like a Cintiq or a MobileStudio Pro" pops up.
My tablet has already been registered and I have all the cables connected so I'm not sure what I'm lacking honestly, the tablet works perfectly except for this issue.
Below I leave my specs along a file of the message that pops up (which are in spanish, but the translation I made is accurate enough, I've been trying to look for solutions but everything I find is about the PC not recognizing the tablet. Mine does, but won't let me access to this specific settings which are the ones I need the most)
