My mental state is in danger!

So I'm being driven slowly insane trying to figure out this game I played, or if I dreamed it all up.

What I can give you is, it was an action/adventure, fairly sure it was 3rd person, was definitely 3d, so probs post 2000. I can remember a level on a tropical island where you have to activate these statue things to progress. Also recover your ships crew. There was a large ruined temple/fort at the end. You may have been able to change form into a rat? I also distinctly remember having to chase and disable a fleeing ship around this same mission.

Please help me.
