What happened to my appetite?
I'm a 15 year old girl who works out and takes care of herself mentally and physically (at least i try to). But recently when im about to eat, I get an ick, even if it's something I usually like. I sort of force myself to eat to make sure I have energy to exist, but I don't find myself to enjoy it as much. I have had a minor eating disorder in the past, but im pretty sure I've fixed my mindset now. Any advice or information would be appreciated, thank you for reading.
