Horrible experience at sziget

I am a woman that dresses more masculine and has short hair. To make it clear I am not trans (Not that there would be anything wrong with that) and I have a feminine voice. The first time I wanted to use the toilet the cleaning ladies were telling me to leave and go to the men’s toilets. I tried to talk to them and make them understand that I am not a man. Sadly they barely spoke english and it took a while to make them understand but they finally let me use the bathroom. But later on something much worse happened. I tried using another bathroom and the cleaning lady there really didn’t understand that I was not a man. But then there was this other woman that was trying to push me out of the girls bathroom area. She grabbed me and tried to push me. I talked to her for a couple of minutes trying to tell her that I am not a man but she didn’t understand. After some time she finally agreed to let me use the bathroom but she still didn’t let go of me. She tried to push me in one of the stalls. I finally had enough and walked away. She seemed to feel sorry at the end but it was an extremely scary experience. Everytime I use the bathroom now I get really nervous that this could happen again. I just feel really helpless in these situations because what could I do to make them know I am not a man. They all barely understand english and even after speaking to them they still think I am a man.

Edit: I send Sziget an email about the problem and they responded very fast and reported the issue to the responsible staff.
