Should I add Var?

Hey friends. 50 y/o lady here trying to get less jiggly! 5’3, 128 lbs. 25% bf. NGL I lost focus during lockdown and gained 35 lbs. lost it over the last two years lifting heavy and calorie deficit. Been on test for about 7 months as part of HRT. Currently on test-p 2mg EOD for the last few months. Love the test bur I feel like I am stuck and would like to get leaner gain muscle but like I said, everything just seems loose and jiggly. Cellulite is a flipping nightmare and the backs of my thighs look like they are melting like that scene in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. I’m guessing BF needs to be in the teens.

Initial plan was HGH since I have easy access to it. I swear it gives me awful stomach issues. Possibly pancreatitis. I think I’m going to stop since I can’t even get above 1IU/day without symptoms.

Would var be helpful? Open to all ideas except losing weight. I don’t want to get any smaller. I would rather bulk at this point.
