How to fix broken date on achievement?

Been working on Division 2 this week and when I started today I only had 2 achievements left. I got the below one about an hour ago but it showed up with no date at all, then I restarted both the game and Steam and now it shows like this;

Obviously this is wrong and kinda goofy. Wondering how to force it to refresh/sync correctly. I''m guessing ubisoft connect is being fucky but I don't know how to fix it.
