Titan solar, Conserva, Warranty

Edit: LIKELY A SCAM! I messaged the dude that sold me the panels that worked for Titan. He said he had no knowledge of it.

Edit 2: Found this, so it looks like they're still covered under a manufacturer warranty. Got a call and email from Conserva saying that they are taking over rhe warranty for Titan since they went out of business. I signed some emails and stuff but then they told me I had to pay $135 for a review of the panels. Said since there was a storm recently (the hurricane). Does this sound legit? Anyone else?
