I remember there was a discussion on here before how it seems like she flirts w Zane, and based on this thumbnail.. she’s not beating those allegations. Really odd thumbnail to chose when you’re about to get married. Maybe I’m looking too far into things but if I was Cal I don’t think I’d approve of her weird relationship w other men
