All cheeked up for the holiday weekend!
First time cooking beef cheeks, thanks to seeing so many people on here smoke some recently. Cleaning them sucked but well worth the result!!
270F cook on oak lump & hickory chips. Pulled around 200F internal and rested on counter for about 30 min. Total cook time around roughly 5hours.
Seasoning: 2:1 Pepper & Salt, plus Garlic Powder.
