can someone help?

recently i’ve been sleeping but it doesn’t feel like sleep.. like i’ll sleep and wake up at 1 am for example and then sleep again and wake up at 8 but it doesn’t feel like i slept.. not only that.. i’ll sleep sometimes for one hour but it actually felt like i opened and closed my eyes you know? like i close my eyes for 2 minutes and open them and then it’s an hour passed by.. why does this happen because it’s actually scary :/ i’ve been recently having my anxiety flare up and this is a main cause.. can someone help me please??
