Balance of Power glitch?

I killed the seducers below Fort Kastav, but “Notes on the Blacksmith” wasn’t there. Second camp defeated, emptied Scarigs body, but “Defeat Svarig” is incomplete. There’s also no caged Nymph here? Any ideas? Most upset about the black smithing upgrade…
