Someone helppppp mee!!!!

This is my skin right now. I need help with my routine. I also need a sunscreen and an eye cream recommendation for my ultra sensitive , combination to normal skin type dark circles and a sunscreen for my ultra sensitive skin. How do I remove these close comedones and can someone tell me what’s wrong with my skin and what I can do to fix it. This is my routine right now: Minimalist 6% oat cleanser Cosrx snail mucin Moisturiser I ran out of my toner so I ordered the numbuzin no 1 toner as I heard it’s hydrating and soothing And for my serum I use plum 10% niacinamide and rice water serum it suited my skin but I ran out of it and it took 10 days to arrive and this is how my skin became in those 10days of without the serum use. I’m planning to switch to skin1004 Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Capsule Ampoule because I have dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Also if u guys can recommend me moisturiser and an spf that would be great 😭 and for oil cleansing I’ve ordered the dhc oil cleanser
