Is anybody else kinda feeling a little anxious about the whole geopolitical situation going on rn???

like when I just read my book, walk down the street, look at the birds everything’s fine, I’m normal, but as soon as I go on my phone I seem to be bombarded with this excoriating dread of inevitable global collapse and suffering. is this my own paranoia or is it really gonna be a wild ass ride - my sincere wish is that shit do not really be that fucked up
