[STEAM] Resident Evil Rev 1 and 1 Remake crash when I try to launch them

Hi, I recently wanted to play some of the older RE games. Earlier this year I was able to play Resident Evil 0 on my PC without issue, and a little bit of RE1make.

Fast forward to now and when I press Play on Steam to run Rev 1 or remake, the game's window will appear on screen and then the game closes.
I've not installed any fan patches at all and even those do not help in resolving the issue.

These are my PC's specs-

RTX 3070
Intel i7-10
Windows 10

I am also on the latest NVidia drivers for August.

I have my PC connected via HDMI to a Sony HDTV and I run it at 1440p res. I've not had problems launching and playing Capcom's recent games, but these older ones have xhibited this issue recently.
