Can you do the night folk encounters again?

I am in the epilogue now, and I am rather bored. So I go to the swamps in hopes of finding night folk to fight. But I have been there for a few days and haven't seen them at all. I believe I completed all their events, but do the events respawn or do I have to make a new save file?
