risk??

i few weeks ago (about a month) i was in my bedroom and i was taking something out my draw when something scratched me on my hand. i didnt see an animal or a bat and the scratch wasnt deep enough to draw blood. i live in kingston jamaica so we dont really have rabies here but i still washed off the cut with warm water and soap just to be sure. a few days ago the cut was kinda tingly but i didnt pay it any mind cause i have those tingly feelings all over my body at random times but today my head started hurting and my throat feels a little tight so im concerned. i havent had the chance to take my temperature but i feel scared. can somone help?
