Need advice - PSN+ Deluxe or Buying games

I recently bought PS5 digital edition and the sales guy suggested me to buy PSN+ Deluxe to play lot of games in the library for ₹7500/yr. But is it really worth buying a subscription for playing games, or is it preferable to buy games digitally or buy a disc drive and buy discs. I’m new to console gaming and I bought this to play PS exclusives (mainly for upcoming GTA6)

PS: I’m only into playing casual games for now, no multiplayer games (probably I will play FC 25 since I bought it already)
