Is it smart to start a social media account before med school?

I’m wanting to start a social media account (start posting on tiktok) and I wana make content about school, how I study, etc… and the occasional trends, basically everything except controversial stuff obviously like politics etc…. The purpose is to get people to watch my journey thru uni and throughout med school… I’ve been wanting to this for a long time but am scared it will affect my md school admissions. I may be sounding a little neurotic, just wanting some reassurance that it’ll be fine.
