Vicks Vaporub in nostril

I have a runny nose and from all the dryness from wiping my nose I thought I would use some Vicks vapor rub around my nostril and a little inside my nostril . I quickly googled after the fact if it’s okay out of curiosity and found you should never do this . I ran to the sink and washed it off with soap and inside my nostrils . I then took a shower blowing my nose and washing my face with soap . I swabbed out my nostrils with cotton swabs . I am so upset crying over this mistake . I am 16 weeks pregnant and know the stress is worse but I can’t help it especially reading how fatal this csn be to my baby . I messaged my ob at night . My mom said she has used it in all her pregnancies and has never went through miscarriage . I am still panicking . This should be one of those things that’s more commonly told to pregnant women :(
