38 weeks +3 days

I am SO ready to meet my baby girl!!! As of right now no dilation or signs of labor. I’m due Jan 24th but I want to do an induction. This is my first baby and i live about 30 mins to where I’ll be delivering and I’m just overall nervous wreck and I feel like something scheduled would put my mind at ease. I know you have to be at least 39 weeks to be induced. I am really leaning towards it ( obv if she doesn’t come sooner) has anybody else been induced? What was your experience?
