Did anyone benefit from taking baby aspirin? Is it worth it?

I was prescribed low dosage aspirin starting the 13th week of my pregnancy to prevent preeclampsia because I am high risk. I was reading about it and seen it is also a blood thinner, I’m worried that this increases my risk of hemorrhaging or losing too much blood during birth. Can someone tell me if I’m just overthinking it?
