Am I gross? Need Advice.

Hi reddit. My newborn daughter is now 5 weeks old… I am high functioning autistic and my daughters clothes are washed frequently…. But in the picture attached to this post is my laundry, below that big pile is a smushed hamper full of my clothes. At this point I think theres at the very least a month worth of my clothes and such in there. My partners work clothes and the baby’s clothes are washed rather frequently the past month. So if anyone is willing to offer advice on how i need to handle so much of my laundry, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you! 😐😓
