Is it Infected?

I got a lobe piercing a month ago and it’s swelling a bit and when I start touching/tugging on it, it starts leaking liquid sometimes yellow , clear and a little red. It’s more on one ear so I think it’s because I keep sleeping on the side. Should I take it out or just stop sleeping and tugging on it?
