Where to park money for 6 months

Hello everyone. We are looking to buy a plot of land after almost 6 months and for this we sold a small parcel of land in our village. We got almost 13L for it. Till the time we buy the plot I want to park that money. I was looking at T-Bills, arbitrage funds etc. Do you have any suggestion? Risk appetite is Low if not very low. As in safety would be preferred.
