Do any of y’all’s firms actually have jury trials (civil)

I’ve been a paralegal for about 2 years and have seen hundreds of cases go through litigation. In my JX, all cases under 30k are bench trials. We’ve had a lot of bench trials, however, we haven’t had a single case go to jury trial before. Literally every case settles.

I hear all these stories about paralegals prepping for jury trials and can’t help but think to myself that my firm has never had a single one in eight years of practicing (I confirmed this with the owner).

For reference, I work in Plaintiff’s personal injury.

Are y’all actually having civil cases go to jury trials?
