After Graduation in International Relations,

Hello there, i need suggestion based on my career and i’m literally so confused regarding this. I’ve done International Relations and i don’t know what to do a job according this degree and how to apply for a job. I’ve no experience of work and i think you people can give me some suggestions. Because after doing degree. I remain at home and overthinking and i’ve no other things to do except overthinking. So it’s ruining my health and not feeling well like this. So i hope that you people could find a way as i’m not that much socially active. So i hope you people could help me in this. I’ll be very thankful.
