Difficulty getting splat points lately.

I, 57F, have been going to OT since 2018. I would typically average 12-18 splat points a class. Lately, I can’t seem to get more than 5 and sometimes 0! I’ve mentioned it to the staff and they say it’s resetting or something like that. It’s been weeks though and it’s getting frustrating and discouraging. Anyone else experiencing this?
