My husband has a workplace injury and is permanently disabled. His doctors have never signed off on anything lifting restrictions. WSIB is cutting him off in Dec.

My husband has a workplace injury from about 7 years ago which has developed into CRPS. He is permanently disabled and has limited mobility. There are many days he can’t even get out of bed. It’s his entire left side of his body. We have had our home and lives modified completely. The doctors and specialists have given him a laundry list of restrictions and have not signed off on him going back to work. He had spinal cord stimulator surgery last year, this has given some relief and he was able to cut down on some meds but he is still in the same boat. He mobility has only gotten worse over the years and he has done everything WSIB has asked. They refuse to listen to the doctors and insist he can work when he clearly cannot. I’m searching for some advice here please. I am sure we are needing a lawyer.
