800 million on bike paths in 8 years!

this is my mtl rant In case you did not see the video, the city answered that they spent 800 million on bike paths in 8 years, are you kidding me??? of all the issues we got in Montreal, this is how we are utilising our money, people complain that license and registration fees, rent, and munipal taxes keep going up and it's cause of this.
