Miraculous rules

If Lila isn't an adult does that mean she can only use the butterfly miraculous once and then she detransforms? Or is the fact that it's being used for evil make that rule nolonger apply like the shady bug and claw noir movie? Or is Lila considered a grown up? And ig the rule is optional now?
