Are there 10x marketers? Do they exist?

So i have been lately thinking a lot if there are also 10x marketers, the same as the concept is within the programmers.

In programming world, they use to name people that are just generally faster, can grasp new concepts really quick and usually are right 10x programmers.

What is your opinion on can something like this exist in marketing field, and if so, what are your signs to spot them? Have you ever met someone like that?

Also - you believe it's about the range of the things he can do at a certain level or is it more like about the specialization and the depth?
