Broker process

Hey guys, I’m considering using one of the brokers for the first time on LeaseHackr. Has anyone used it before? How was the process? Does it include maintenance for your cars or is that something you need to discuss? I often found it’s more of a take or leave it type of deals. Appreciate the help. Thanks
