Buying dilemma

I’m looking to buy a laptop for college work and it will also act as my only computer,I’m not really planning to use it for heavy videogames but mostly for day to day work,my main criteria is for it to last at least 5 years without the need for large upgrades and from what I have seen I’m thinking of buying:
