Cast from android?

So I have an old (VERY OLD ipad mini1) ipad mini and I can't really use it but there are some games I want to play on it (specifically rhythm games) that I can play on my phone (android) is there a way I can cast my android phone to my ipad mini 1 preferably with a usb cable?
