What would you do with this awkward space?

Just bought a house and it has a main living room, family room in the basement, and this awkward space. House was built in 1958 so I suspect it was a formal dining room. We have a dining area built into the main living space so we won’t need this for eating. It’s awkward because of the doors that have to remain unblocked (labeled in pic) and it backs to the window/kitchen area. I thought about turning it into a plant room but I want to be able to sit and enjoy my plants. What would you do with this space?
