Looking for someone very passionate about setting a startup

I have always wanted to build a startup, and I’m a 3rd-year undergraduate in CSE skilled in FSD, AIML and DevOps. Sometimes, I come up with brilliant ideas, but I’ve been working alone. I’m looking for highly motivated friends or partners to collaborate on startups and build eternal relationships.
