freshie question

hello to all seniors i gave neet this year and got 630 marks and 13968 rank so of course i would be joining mbbs but not any good gmcs.

so my question is about exams like usmle,plab etc can anyone plss guide me about what all such options are and do i would still have to give neet pg and how much my college will affect my further career like if i get into such gmcs will i ever be able to clear usmle??

and if any of you know a counsellor who can guide me about all such things plss tell
