Random split-second dimming/blinking when taking ultra wide videos in my iPhone 15 Pro Max

Does anyone else have this issue when recording 0.5x ultrawide videos on iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max? I’ve noticed it usually happens when recording the sky in bright sunlight. It’s as if the video “blinks” for a very short period, it’s like the exposure goes down for a split-second, then goes back to normal, in a very random manner. I know there would be some auto exposure adjustment but it doesn’t look normal to me.

I cannot attach videos in this sub but I have posted a video in another iphone help sub, in my post history to give a clearer picture on how it looks like. Hoping someone here have the knowledge on why this is happening.
