Not pushy OBGYN recommendations for pregnancy

I somewhat recently moved to Houston, and haven't been able to find an OBGYN I really click with when it comes to pregnancy and labor. I have found many with great bedside manner, great doctors but all seem extremely by the book (understandable) and push inductions starting at 39weeks. I really am missing my old obgyn in Austin who would let me know not just want she has to tell me but also gives me her opinion and perspective. For example, my previous OBGYN was ok with me continuing cycling outdoors on trails and safe areas for my whole pregnancy while the Houston Drs let me know I should not be doing that. Previous doctor let me know I could simply microwave cold cuts if I still wanted sandwiches and since I was so healthy let me go a little longer between appointments. I miss her more laid back approach and also didn't do an ultrasound every appoint like my Houston doctor does (I don't feel necessay for ultrasound every appointment). Lastly I was planning on going with the midwives and the Women's Pavilion but they got rid of all their midwives so now I really don't know what to do. I would like to stay in the Texas Medical Center area since I live close if possible.

UPDATE: thank you so much for all the feedback!! After reviewing all the comments and researching the practices/Doctors I ended up going with Dr. Hendryx and I couldn't be happier with her so far! She is exactly what I was looking for and so much better then my previous doctor/practice based on my wants/desires! Thank you everyone!
