Google Home Max has stopped responding to all voice commands

About a month ago my google home max suddenly stopped understanding any of my voice commands. When i ask something (typically just turning on or off lights), it will respond with “there was a glitch” or “something went wrong”. I think it happened around the beginning of November, but i’ve tried restarting, factory resetting, and resetting voice recognition but no luck. I haven’t moved the speaker either, it’s always been positioned where it is so i feel like i’m not doing anything different on my part. Does anyone have any suggestions or similar experiences? It was an expensive speaker, maybe 3 or 4 years old now. But otherwise in excellent condition still.

EDIT: Went on a vacation this December and turned off the power strip the speaker was connected to for about a month. Came back and now the speaker is working like new now! It’s been working totally fine for about a month now, maybe it just needed a long detox powered off. Weirdly, the spotify app on my TV also stopped working around the same time my Google home started having issues, it was on the same power strip while i was away and the TV is also working great again!
