Onyx Storm Ending Question

Ok, in Chapter 66, when asked to provide a situation report, >! Weilsen mentions that there are 5 riders missing, but looks at Violence and says “Now Four”. But didn’t Imogene and Violet both just return? Wouldn’t it be now 3? Or Six missing, now four? !< Not sure if I missed something.
